Adhesion Promoter for use with Sika® Liquid Detailing System. Sika® Primer-3 N is a solvent-based, 1-component primer. Designed for Sikaflex®, SikaHyflex®, SikaBond® and Sikasil® products used on porous substrates (e.g. concrete) and metals.
